The group "No to Mandatory Joint Custody" takes a stand against the pseudoscientific "theory of parental alienation" and, through this campaign, informs the public about its origins, its use, and its devastating consequences on the lives of children and abused and vulnerable parents. Our goal is to help deconstruct it and prevent any possibility of it being incorporated into legislation.
