Campaign Workshop at the Feminist Festival of the 8th of March Assembly, Saturday October 3, 2026

The Campaign for the Repeal of the Mandatory Joint Custody Law is taking part in the 2026 Feminist Festival of the 8th of March Assembly with a workshop on Saturday, October 3rd, at 16:00, at Panteion University.

The event will begin with a brief presentation of the Campaign: what we have done over these years and how we are continuing today. We will then discuss Law 4800/2021 on Mandatory Joint Custody — its origins, how it was passed, its consequences — and afterwards we will share personal experiences. Through this valuable process of exchanging knowledge, information, and experiences, we want to empower ourselves so that we can all continue together the struggle to repeal the Tsiaras law, which abuses children and women.

A children's play area will be available at the festival venue, so that mothers affected by the law can also take part in the workshop.
