Appeal to withdraw the bill on joint custody

Parental alienation and the children of gay couples

Parental responsibility after parents' separation: Some observations.

The best interest of the child, as the supreme criterion for decisions made by parents or state authorities on matters concerning them, under domestic law and international legislative texts, is an indeterminate legal concept that is specified in each particular case, based on its parameters and特殊 characteristics. It is neither customary nor correct to legislate abstract, generally applicable prerequisites and criteria for the best interest of the child.

Family Law: The figure of the “master-father” is favored

Our country's family law, once child-centered, is at risk of being transformed into something aimed exclusively at satisfying divorced fathers. The child, once a subject of law, is once again turned into an object of law, even though this contradicts all international conventions. Alternating residence splits children's lives in two, depriving them of a stable environment, a sense of security, and peace of mind.
